There will be three stand-alone days each concentrating on one piece of apparatus: the ball, the hoop, and the club.
In two masterclasses per day, you will begin your journey through the essential elements of dynamic
work with each piece of apparatus.
Learn and explore why and how we use the ball for Resilience and Through Body Stretch.
The use of a hoop for Through Body Stretch, Posture and Rotation.
And the club for Swinging for Width, and Side Stretch.
Each masterclass will incorporate swing and compensation for a whole-body workout. The masterclasses will be followed by a movement, voice, music and apparatus deconstruction and then with the opportunity to demonstrate what you have learned through a practical teaching assessment.
Stimulating creativity within your teaching, the days will end with movement recall and will allow you to absorb, experience and awaken ideas from the day’s training.
