Working with a variety of music and rhythms, Medau movement encourages the body to move with energy, strength, stamina, suppleness and co-ordination. Focussing on correct posture and body alignment, Medau movement has a natural, flowing quality, whilst at the same time being dynamic, lifting the spirits and increasing confidence.

Our warmest congratulations to Margaret Charlwood, Medau teacher, trainer and choreographer, on being awarded the British Empire Medal (BEM) in the New Year Honours. The citation reads: "Coach - Medau Society - services to exercise".

A Medau Class

A group exercise class that is designed to give you the fitness and enjoyment you are looking for, you will feel energised and not exhausted, your core will be strengthened and the stresses of the day released. The class focuses on results whilst having fun!
