Working with a variety of music and rhythms, Medau movement encourages the body to move with energy, strength, stamina, suppleness and co-ordination.  Focussing on correct posture and body alignment, Medau movement has a natural, flowing quality, whilst at the same time being dynamic, lifting the spirits and increasing confidence.

A Medau class

A group exercise class that is designed to give you the fitness and enjoyment you are looking for, you will feel energised and not exhausted, your core will be strengthened and the stresses of the day released. The class focuses on results whilst having fun!

Your Teacher

All Medau teachers are highly qualified, and are trained to encourage the individual in a group environment to improve your fitness and wellbeing. They are recognised as 'advanced instructor' with the Register of Exercise Professionals.

EMDP in the Press

With the joint training course for new teachers ready for a September launch we are advertising for new teachers. When Exercise, Movement and Dance came top in a recent Sport England survey of participant satisfaction EMDP had an opportuntiy to issue a press release.
