For many the past few years have been very difficult. With the consequences of the Covid and raging inflation lots of families will not have the best Christmas. We wish all those who are struggling hope for the coming year and to wish you the best Christmas with your family and friends.
The photo was taken this year by one of our members at a German Christmas Market so reflecting our connection to our German roots.
Our teachers are committed to providing good movement and exercise classes at a very reasonable cost.
Make 2024 the year to get moving and to making new friends.
